Enrique Plaza Soria is an artist and software engineer who defines his style as “rural expressionism”. Enrique was born in Cuenca (Spain) and since his childhood spent, hours drawing and fixing computers in the village where he grew up. At the age of 10, he was introduced to oil painting with the master José Mondéjar. At the age of 18, he started a career in software engineering in Albacete. During this period, in 2011, he studied a course in Urbino (Italy), This year was an inflexion point in his life which conducted his future till now.

After his graduation, he moved to Germany and started to work in the software development industry. Software as painting means “creation” for him and combines both disciplines daily.
